Quick update for the morning
- Fixed a few spelling mistakes
- Bumped the log message about sending to the ingest from debug to info, people didn't know if the client was doing anything without seeing that
- Added a disclaimer when the client starts at the request of Korn
- Added operations for the real estate data, not doing anything with it yet but it is there now
