Ignore had breaking changes in 7.0.1 which were only respected in stylelint 16.13.1. In order to avoid creating conflicts with lock file maintenance I created this manual update (like needed in 2.0 branch). Furthermore, styllint 16.13.1 needs postcss 8.5.0 to not break. Maybe it could have been resolved automatically, but I decided to quickly do it manually :)
