Shravasti

Shravasti was a city of ancient and one of the six largest cities in India during Gautama Buddha's lifetime. The city is located in the fertile Gangetic plains some 170 km NE of Lucknow. Shravasti rose to fame due to its association with Buddha and Mahavira and became one of the eight holy places of Buddhist pilgrimage. Buddha is said to have spent 24 rainy seasons besides performing the Twin Miracle of emanating fire and water from his body here. Besides, Suhaildev Wildlife Sanctuary provides the perfect nature trail options to tourists and pilgrims alike.

About The Project

This is a personal project which I had to make on a theme so I decided to make it on the Shravasti district, Shravasti is a district of Uttar Pradesh that is known for the temples of Gautam Buddha and also known for its natural environment. I have completed my diploma from here for 3 years and I love this place so I have tried to make a small website on it so that people can know about it and my purpose for making this project is only my personal thinking and desire to improve my technical skills.

Technologies Used

• I used HTML-5 and CSS-3 to make this blog.
• And also used Bootstrap for designing and layout.

Tools Used

• VS Code to write code.
• Github to used for version control.

So this was the project I have created with my efforts. I have added the screenshots for my audience to understand easily.

challenges to build this website

1. I really didn't understand how to build design and layout my website.

2. I was finding this a very difficult task at first because I don't know much yet I have only learned about HTML and CSS so far you found it very challenging for me.

But I was successful in making this project and as I went on making it, my enthusiasm kept increasing and I completed my project on time..

Conclusion

• I am really feeling very happy because I have completed mine well before the due time..
• This was my first personal purpose on which I was working alone and I got a lot of confidence from it and I can make better projects from it in the future got inspired.
• I would like to thank my teachers that they taught me so well that I did not have to face much trouble and I completed all the tasks.
