  • reverts #1115 change on Idelaye3Wrapper.vhd
  • This change breaks builds that using MODE=COUNT for the IDELAY
  • IODELAY_GROUP will need to be defined in the .XDC file (instead of .VHD file) for compatibility with existing applications
