This PR includes grammar updates as well as some smaller features/bug fixes. Trying to keep PR's smaller.

Key changes include:

  • Updated grammar file to support model metadata as well as model notes.
  • Model notes convert automatically to markdown.
  • Added link hovers.
  • Fixed bug where when you have some file with any name open, and refresh the content will be overriden.
  • Updated libantimony.js to v2.15.

Some existing issues still remaining include:

  • Antimony -> SBML conversion is buggy, only working on models loaded in through biomodel search.
