Description
This adds a scannable QR code to the base node settings screen.
Notably, it is not on the home screen because I couldn't get it sized down enough to fit.
I also cleaned up some un used crates.
Motivation and Context
It is easier to use the base node with Aurora.
How Has This Been Tested?
Manually.
