HelloFrameBuffering sample shows proper interleaved double buffering.
Port compiles with no warnings or messages in the new file and runs fine.
Note that the commits contain two versions of HelloFrameBufferning**.cpp**. The first is actually HelloTriangle.cpp, but with the class name replaced to HelloFrameBuffering. The second is the final version of HelloFrameBufferning.cpp. So the diff to the second shows the critical changes that all had to be considered in the port.
