Nitrofetch v1.2

• Huge design update! Colors are now prettier, and the headline is now better.
• Nitrofetch now fetches disk space usage and displays a progressbar for it.
• Package count is now not displayed when a package manager is not installed (works for snap and flatpak).
• Added get-disk and get-ram to solely display disk and RAM usage information.
• Small fixes for the help command.
