Laptop Accordion: Beta Fix

Adds multi-instrument support. Installation:

1. Download AccordionWindows.zip (for Windows) or AccordionOSX.zip (for Mac OSX).
2. Unzip the archive into any folder.
3. Download the SoundFont primary.sf2 and place it into the data or stuff/data folder of the Laptop Accordion directory.
4. On Mac OSX, you also need to download Homebrew. Then open Terminal on your computer and run brew install https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/34dcd1ff65a56c3191fa57d3dd23e7fffd55fae8/Formula/fluid-synth.rb at the prompt. (If you already have FluidSynth 2 installed via Homebrew, you might need to brew unlink fluidsynth first, then run brew switch fluidsynth 1.1.11_1 after installing.)
5. Enjoy!

Update (September 2018): Opening Laptop Accordion from the Mac OSX Finder will result in the program crashing. Please follow these steps to start Laptop Accordion successfully:

1. Download and unzip Laptop Accordion into your Downloads folder. You should now have a folder in Downloads called AccordionOSX.
2. Open the Terminal application on your Mac.
3. Type ~/Downloads/AccordionOSX/Laptop\ Accordion.app/Contents/MacOS/LaptopAccordion.
4. Hit enter and the application should open. Do not close Terminal while you are using the app.
