Ephemera nested wrap
Re-sync plugin coffee files with their js files.
This avoids styling everything that is a title the same as the document title.
Renamed refs to bootstrap and FontAwesome to github.io
Only turn first nested title div into a title editor.

This project involves adding search of the user’s workspace to get modules that can be linked to in the current module being edited. The search could be by module id and/or module title.
Search could be done client-side once workspace is retrieved.
Workspace would be retrieved using REST API
In here, I use json sample link for sample modules data
