feat: use data from header molecule in RHS to fill scores

First molecule in RHS upload contains fields related to submitter, populate these values for all subsequent molecules.

NB! Date field validation required installing dateutil package, and due to incompatibility with numpy, I had to downgrade it. Backend is not using particularily advanced numpy features, so hopefully this is fine.
