change regex to exclude doom process

psdoom-ng-2017.10.02.2.3.0.20181228: create psdoom-ng.conf in $HOME if not existent

• monkey patch the Makefiles
• create psdoom-ng.conf in $HOME if not existent
• also add a ps.sh to get the processes
