Meeting Notes

  1. There will be 5 branches in GitHub: master(release), backend, web, android and development(where the previous 3 branches merge).
  2. There will be 3 approves needed when there's a pull request to one of the following branches: master, development.
  3. There will be 1 approve needed when there's a pull request to one of the following branches: web, backend, android.
  4. Item 1, Item 2-a and Item 2-b are constructed as branch protection rules and requested from Meriç to set on this repository.
  5. There will be a short, 2-3 sentences description for each new feature.
  6. The weekly meeting schedule will be decided with a poll.
  7. In each meeting, someone will take meeting notes in turn.
  8. Until the semester starts, each member of the repository will do research about the necessary topics regarding his/her division.
  9. For members in web division, React is selected; for members in backend division, NodeJs is selected; for members in android, Kotlin is selected and as explained in Item 8, each member will extend his/her knowledge about the related topic regarding his/her division.
  10. A Trello board will be made where we can observe which individual or team is doing which task at the moment and what are their "to-do"s. The board will be used as a Kanban board.
  11. New members will create their own wiki page in the repository wiki.
  12. A new photo of the group will be uploaded whenever we can meet face-to-face.
  13. Student licensed frameworks will be looked for to be used.
  14. Slack will be used for general purposes. For urgent tasks(like hot-fix) WhatsApp will be used.
  15. Trello and Github pages will be linked to Slack.
  16. For meetings, a meeting template will be added to the repository.
