A restart fixed it. Some dependency must not have been available yet for osx-64

I think we probably need this for the tiledbsoma-feedstock builds (TileDB-Inc/tiledbsoma-feedstock#127), so I'm going to merge it prior to #273 to reduce the number of moving parts
