Janky Motorized IKEA Lamp Project

The code

Uses an express + socket.io server
Clients can send certain movements which will be put into a queue and executed using a Python child process

The parts

• 1 NEMA17 (pancake) stepper motor
• 1 Stepper motor driver
• 1 Lead screw 130mm 2mm pitch
• 1 Lead screw nut
• 1 Endstop
• 1 Raspberry Pi
• 1 12V adapter (for the stepper)
• 1 5V adapter (for the Raspberry Pi)
• 1 IKEA Lamp (PS 2014)
